Studio Policies

Studio hours are Monday through Saturday by appointment only. We are typically booked 1-2 weeks out during winter months (Jan- March), however the summer and fall months fill up quickly and can be booked 4-6 weeks out. Please be sure to contact us to check availability.

Session payment is due at the time of your session with half paid at time of booking. Booking deposit is 100% non-refundable. If this fee is not received, your appointment may be canceled and your spot filled.

Saturdays are our most demanding day and may not be guaranteed a reschedule if you do not make your appointment.

Your session may be rescheduled up to one time unless illness or weather was a factor, for those instances we will happily accommodate as many times as needed, within reason. We ask that rescheduled dates take place within 30 days of original scheduled appointment.

All images include a natural edit of mild blemishes, softening of lines, dark eyes, shine and color and density. Additional edited may include extra fees. All editing decisions will be discussed at the ordering session with the photographer.

Print and product prices are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of your session. Prices are subject to change at any time.

All print orders take approximately 2-3 weeks. Custom designed products such as albums , collages or greeting cards may take longer. Turn around time during the holiday season takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

Sales tax in the amount of 7.96% is applicable for all in state orders.

100% of the balance due must be paid in full before any part of an order may leave the studio
